Subprocessors
Last Updated: August 3, 2026
Lorica uses carefully selected third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate, secure, and deliver the Lorica platform and related services (the “Services”). These providers process Customer Data only as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect such information.
The subprocessors listed below support the operation of the Services.
| Provider | Purpose | Data Categories |
|---|---|---|
| Managed PostgreSQL database hosting | Customer account information, application data, profile data, and metadata | |
| Object storage (R2), edge compute, and AI inference | Uploaded documents and credential files, and derived or processed data | |
| Managed Redis caching and job queues | Session, rate-limiting, and notification metadata | |
| Transactional email delivery | Email addresses, notification content, and account communications | |
| Application hosting and performance analytics | Request and usage metadata, and IP addresses | |
| Billing and payment processing | Billing contact and payment or subscription metadata | |
| Product analytics and error monitoring | Usage events, device and IP data, and error context | |
| AI-assisted CV and document parsing | Submitted resume and document content |
Lorica periodically reviews its subprocessors to ensure they maintain appropriate security and privacy safeguards. This page may be updated as Lorica adds or replaces infrastructure providers.
